Heelllloooooooo meatloaf night. Marc made meatloaf the other night. This is the pre-cooked photo. I forgot to take an "after" photo but I can assure you that it was delish.He made the loaf with a special blend of spices, carrots, onions, and bread crumbs.
The glaze was mostly teriyaki-based but it had other ingredients and went very well with the macaroni and cheese and rice.
Mmmmmmmm.
