Fun Food

Marc wanted to make "fun food" the other night.  He decided to make sliders.  Sliders are named "sliders" because you have to slide them off the grill.

These sliders are made to taste just like Krystral burgers or White Castle.  We are total fans of Krystal's!  The only difference is we knew what was in the meat.  Surprisingly, Marc didn't really season the meat at all and it came out tasting fantastic!  We added extra onions, cheese, pickles, and mustard.  Dipped them in ketchup as we ate...

He cooked them on a grill and it also had to be cooked a special way for it to come out right.  Marc's been perfecting his technique for a while now and I think this is the way to go! 

We also had a side of seasoned curly fries.  This was definitely a "fun food" night!  I can't wait until he makes this again!!!  ;o)
